HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET PREPARED?

For Pickup

Please leave a processing time of 2-3 days for your order to be ready for pickup.

For Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING & DELIVERY WORK?

We offer delivery within Toronto for a flat rate of $10 and Mississauga for $15  . We also offer standard and express shipping worldwide on select items excluding all meat products. Prices will be calculated based on shipping location at checkout. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VIKKY’S ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to assist with your request!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@vikkysmunchies.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help. We can not guarantee that we can make any adjustments once an order have been placed.

We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period. Orders that have already been shipped or proceeded cannot be cancelled

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email info@vikkysmunchies.com

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns Policy

We are not able to offer exchanges on any orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns at this time.

Vikky’s will offer a partial refund if the product is damaged during transit.
